SWIMMING POOL FILL CREDIT GUIDELINES

Swimming Pool fill credit is allowed once per year. You must read your meter before and after filling your pool and notify the water department with your readings. You still pay for water used, but do not pay the wastewater charge on pool fill usage.  Without correct meter readings, no credit will be issued. Established Pools – 24 hour window, New Pools – 72 hour window. Upgraded Neptune meters are equipped with a solar cell, which supplies power for the LCD panel. A high-powered flashlight is required to activate the panel (cell phone flashlights are not recommended).  To read your meter, open the black cap exposing the solar cell and continue holding the flashlight over for 5 seconds.  Once your reading appears begin from the left and write down your numbers.
